- NOTE: Date, time, and place for an event cannot be guaranteed unless they are made at least five (5) working days prior to the event.
- The space can only be reserved for a maximum of 3 hours unless approved in advance by the Auxiliary Services office. Please make sure you include set-up and clean- up time.
- Please include number of people expected and additional comments in "Internal Notes"
- The department is responsible for submitting their set-up request to Work Information Center at firstname.lastname@example.org after your reservation has been confirmed.
