Auxiliary Departmental Reservation Form

Please complete the form below to submit your event request(s).

  • NOTE: Date, time, and place for an event cannot be guaranteed unless they are made at least five (5) working days prior to the event.
  • The space can only be reserved for a maximum of 3 hours unless approved in advance by the Auxiliary Services office. Please make sure you include set-up and clean- up time.
  • Please include number of people expected and additional comments in "Internal Notes"
  • The department is responsible for submitting their set-up request to Work Information Center at wic@westga.edu after your reservation has been confirmed.
  • For additional information regarding Policies for facility use please refer to the Registered Student Organization Handbook.
