School of Nursing Reservation Requirements

Please read everything before completing form below.
• All requests must be at least 5 business days in advance of the date needed. • Only UWG Faculty & Staff and Current School of Nursing Students can make room reservations • Please ensure you describe ALL required needs in the "Other Details" box, and include the number of people attending. • Nursing Students may only make reservations during business hours: Mon thru Fri 8 am – 5pm (exceptions: when faculty sponsor attends). • Only UWG Faculty/Staff can request an event that requires any of: furniture/equipment/rearranging of room structures, laptop computers etc. These requests may require additional rooms and arrangements with UWG - Facilities, ITS, Risk Management, Campus Police, etc. It will be the responsibility of the event requester to contact additional departments
