Center for Diversity & Inclusion Open House

The Center for Diversity and Inclusion is pleased to announce its Open House on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Row Hall, East Wing, Second Floor. The Center for Diversity and Inclusion consists of the Black Culture Resource Center, the Multicultural Resource Center, The Multicultural Achievement Program (MAP) and the African American Male Initiative (AAMI).

The Open House will include a scavenger hunt, student organization competition, and a tour of our office.   Stop by, experience the Center for Diversity & Inclusion, and enjoy refreshments! For more information contact our office at 678-839-5400.

This training is focused on teaching "soft" skills to college students. The basic structure of the training is comprised of modular, hands-on, engaging activities that focus on six key skill areas: communication, enthusiasm and attitude, teamwork, networking, problem solving and critical thinking, and professionalism.

The annual Community Involvement Fair gives University of West Georgia Students, Faculty and Staff the opportunity to speak with non-profit organizations in the local community about volunteer or internship opportunities.
